What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to respond to you.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver our services.
• To keep basic records of who we've spoken with, so we don't lose track of a conversation.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

• Form processing — contact form submissions are processed by a third-party form service (e.g. Formspree) which forwards them to us by email. That provider has its own privacy practices; check their policy if you want the specifics of how they handle data in transit.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This uses cookies and similar technologies. Google's own privacy policy governs how they process that data.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. We don't currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you'd rather not be tracked, most browsers let you block or clear cookies, and browser extensions can block Google Analytics specifically.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably useful to our business relationship with you, and delete or anonymize them when they're no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings unless we configure it otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@miraviolabs.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and business evolve. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
